Stumped - where is Castlefield? Is it somewhere near Salford? Obviously this is not an area I know!
Wander down Deansgate heading out of Manchester. At the end, turn right down Liverpool Road. Then turn fourth left down Duke Street. Actually there are lots of ways of getting there but this is as good as any. The whole area was totally derelict. Some guy bought a few of the mills there and turned them into apartments. Now it’s a posh area. Totally redeveloped. Pubs, restaurants etc. (Although one or two have recently close in the recession)
